摘要
讨论了用季铵盐催化剂合成甲基丙烯酸间苯二酚二缩甘油酯的合成反应动力学及催化反应动力学。实验证明该反应对环氧基为一级反应,对甲基丙烯酸为零级,对季铵盐是0.71级。推导了反应历程,认为是通过季铵盐与环氧基形成络合物,然后生成正碳离子的反应历程进行反应的。
The reaction kinetics of m-phendiol diglycidyl ether with methylacrylic acid in the presence of quaternary ammonium salt catalyst has been studied. The rate of reaction is first order with icspect to epoxy group, zero order with respect to methylacrylic acid, and 0.71 order with lespect to quaternary ammonium salt catalyst respectively. When the catalyst concentration is 0.02439N/1 and the reactants concentration is 2.349N/1 respectively, the reaction ate constants at various temperatures and activation energy are determined. The mechanism of this reaction is also proposed,i.e.the complex of epoxy group with catalyst is first formed, then carbon cation and alcoholate anion are produced and finally the reaction is accomplished by the reaction of carboxylate anion with a proton.
