摘要
选用300日龄的罗曼蛋鸡1024羽,随机分4组(每组4个重复,每一重复64羽),对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮上分别添加800mg/kg甜菜碱、70mg/kg碘化酪蛋白和800mg/kg甜菜碱+70mg/kg碘化酪蛋白,为期80天,研究甜菜碱和碘化酪蛋白促产蛋效果及作用机理。结果显示:甜菜碱组产蛋率提高12.84%(P<0.01),料蛋比降低11.20%。碘化酪蛋白组产蛋率提高10.56%(P<0.05),料蛋比降低8%(P<0.05)。甜菜碱+碘化酪蛋白组效果最佳,产蛋率提高13.33%(P<0.01),料蛋比降低10.4%,二者对促产蛋具有协同作用;甜菜碱和碘化酪蛋白均降低血清尿酸含量(P<0.05),提高血清T3、T4含量(P<0.01);碘化酪蛋白降低血清Ca2+,P浓度(P<0.01),提高碱性磷酸酶活力(P<0.05),降低破蛋率(P<0.01);甜菜碱和碘化酪蛋白均提高了血清脂肪酶活性(P<0.01),降低血清甘油三脂和胆固醇含量(P<0.01),对降低腹脂碘化酪蛋白优于甜菜碱,而对降低肝脏脂肪甜菜碱优于碘化酪蛋白;碘化酪蛋白显著提高了血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力,具有保护生物膜?
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of betaine and thyroprotein on laying performance and egg quality in hens,and approach to mechanism of the effects by determining indexes of eggs and serum parameters1024 ROM hens were divided into four groups,each of which included four replicates of 64 hens each,The control group received the basal diet,three treatment groups received the same basal diet supplemented with 800mg/kg betaine,70mg/kg thyroprotein and 800mg/kg betaine+70mg/kg thyroprotein respectively for 80 d.The results were as follows:Both of the additives improved hens laying performance,compared with the control,betaine,thyroprotein and betaine+thyroprotein theated groups increased rate of lay by 1284%(P<001),1056%(P<005) and 1333%(P<001), and decreased egg mass conversion by 112%(P<001),8%(P<005) and 104%(P<001)respectivly,Betaine and thyroprotein had synergism on laying performance;Betaine and thyroprotein significantly decreased serum uric acid concentration (P<001),and significantly increased the level of T3,T4 in serum(P<001).Adding thyroprotein significantly decreased the serum Ca2+ and inorganic phosphate concentration(P<005),increased activity of alkine phosphatase (ALP) of serum,so it had significant effect on reducing egg breakage (P<0.05);Both of additives improved egg quality,significantly increased egg yolk weight(P<005),decreased total cholesterlo in egg yolk(P<005),and thyroprotein also significantly increased the albumen height,Hawyh value(P<001);In addition,both of additives could affect lipometabolism in hens,enhance the activity of lipase (P<001),and decrease the concentration of triglyceride (TG3)(P<001) and cholesterol (CHL)(P<001)in serum. Betaine had more effective than thyroprotein on reducing liver fat content,but thyroprotein had more effective than betaine on reducing abodominal fat. Thyroprotein significantly increased activity of SOD in serum(P<005),however,no significant difference was found in activities of GPT and GOT of serum between the control and treated groups,it was inferred that thyroprotein could prevent membrane of cell from oxidation.
