绞股蓝总皂甙对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响 被引量:1

Effect of GPS on Production Performance and Egg Quality in Laying Hens

摘要 为了研究日粮中不同水平绞股蓝总皂甙(GPS)对蛋黄胆固醇及蛋鸡产蛋率的影响,采用单因素四水平的试验设计,选择同一批次192只35周龄的健康罗曼蛋鸡,随机分成4组(每组4个重复,每个重复12只鸡),各组日粮中绞股蓝总皂甙(GPS)的添加量分别为0 mg.kg-1、120 mg.kg-1、150 mg.kg-1、180 mg.kg-1。饲养试验为期60 d,试验末,以产蛋率、料蛋比为生产性能指标,以蛋黄重、蛋重及蛋黄胆固醇含量为蛋品质指标进行测量。结果表明,日粮中添加GPS显著降低蛋黄胆固醇(p<0.05),三组分别比对照组降低了8.15%、9.93%、11.76%;但同时也显著降低了蛋鸡产蛋率(p<0.05),各添加GPS组与对照组相比分别降低了2.46%、6.57%、16.28%。日粮中添加120 mg.kg-1GPS既可提高蛋品质,又不会使产蛋率明显降低。 To study the effect of GPS on egg yolk cholesterol and laying rate in laying hens. 192 LuoMan laying hens, aged 35 weeks, were allotted to four groups, with 48 for each group, and each groop were added 0, 120, 150, 180 mg·kg^-1 GPS in feed of corn-soybean diets. The experiment lasted for 60 days. Laying rate, yolk weight, egg weight and egg yolk cholesterol were tested. Adding GPS to bacial diets , the result showed that GPS had significant effect on egg yolk cholesterol (p〈0.05), each groop reduced 8. 15%, 9.93%, 11.76% separately companed with control groop. But at the same time , the result showed that GPS had significant effect on laying rate (P(0.05). In the study, laying rate in respectively group was markedly lower than that in control group , reduced 2.46%, 6.57%, 16.28%. The study indicated that GPS fell down egg yolk cholesterol and laying rate. Diet GPS 120 mg·kg^-1 levels can improve egg quality GPS and performance will not lead to significantly lower.
