摘要
和谐社会以经济福利和社会福利最大化的幸福为目标。在社会未发展到和谐社会之前,经济过度增长,而不注重社会福利需要,导致社会道德水准下降,尤其是环境破坏严重,那么,和谐社会就有可能失去其建立的人文和自然基础而难以实现。因此需要政府不断调整经济增长,以使社会走一条通向和谐社会的和谐之路。
Harmonious society aims at the maximization of economic welfare and social welfare. Before reaching the harmonious society, the eeonomy＇s excessive growth without paying attention to the need of social welfare, would result in the decline of social morality standard, and severe environment disruption. Accordingly, the harmonious society might not to easy to achieve if losing its established cultural and natural foundation. Thus, the government needs to adjust the economy growth constantly in order to make our society to be on the right track leading to the harmonious society.
