摘要
通过喜好测试、评分检验法对3种不同配方的奶茶粉的整体风味、奶香味、咸味等感官品质进行了评价,采用FIZZ感官品评软件对品尝结果进行统计分析,结果显示:最受消费者喜爱的产品是配方一,其整体风味、咸味均优于其他两个配方。
This article was using preference test and sensory grading test for overall flavor, milk flavor and salty flavor of three tea with milk powder samples. After analysis of the sensory test results with FIZZ software, the results are: the customer prefer formula one to others; the overall flavor and salty flavor of formula one are better than others.
