摘要 采用滴水溶液及涂抹羊毛脂于剪口两种施用方法对6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(BA)在切花月季秋冬季栽培中的实用价值进行了评价。结果表明:秋季于8月25日和9月10日以水溶液处理时,BA处理均显著促进剪口芽及第2芽的萌发,缩短发育时间并提高萌芽率、现蕾率及开花率,甚至以500 mg/L BA滴剪口1次就有明显效果。冬季施用时BA也能促进剪口芽的萌芽、现蕾及开花并提高萌芽率、现蕾率及开花率,并且对第2芽的萌芽也有促进作用;冬季施用BA以后月季从剪花到现蕾的天数减少而从现蕾到开花的天数却增加,本文对其原因进行了讨论。施用BA明显改善切花月季的主要产量构成因素,因此能够提高秋冬季的切花产量,施用方法以涂抹羊毛脂易于操作。 The practical value of 6-benzylamino adenine(BA)in cut rose production during autumn and winter season was evaluated by dripping BA solution or smearing BA lanoline paste on the cut surface. When treated with solution on 25 August and 10 September, BA significantly promoted the sprouting of the upper two axillary buds, shortened the developing period from sprouting to flowering, and increased aprouting rate and flowering rate. The effect was obvious even treated the cut surface only once with 500mg/L BA solution. When applied in winter, BA also promoted the sprouting of the upper 2 buds and the development of the uppermost bud. In winter, treating with BA shortened the period from harvest to visible bud, but prolonged the time from visible bud to flowering, and the reason was discussed. In conclusion, BA increased the production of cut rose in autumn and winter season, and smearing BA lanoline paste is more convenient.
