摘要
有机硅偶联剂合成中产生的含铂废催化剂含有微量的铂,其余大部分为有机硅高聚物,铂的分析分离难度较大。采用王水与氢氟酸溶解硅和铂的方法达到铂分析的全溶制样目的。研究了制样过程中各种因素对铂分析的影响。实验结果表明,制样的较优操作因素为溶硅用氢氟酸5 mL/g,除氟用浓硫酸量2 mL/g,溶铂用王水量5 mL/g,除硝用浓盐酸1 mL/g,定容盐酸浓度3 mol/L以及王水-氢氟酸的加入顺序。实验结果与原子发射光谱仪所测的数据相符。
There are complex organic silicon polymers and trace Pt in catalysts in organic silicon couplet synthesis, and analysis and separation of spent catalysts are very difficulty. Sampling preparation method of dissolving Si and Pt with aquia regia and HF was researched for content analysis of Pt of catalysts. Several influence factors were tried. Results showed that the optimum operation factors were 5 mL/g HF for dissolving Si, 2 mL/g concentrated H2SO4 for deflurination, 5 mL/g aqua regia for dissolving Pt, 1 mL/g concentrated HCI for denitration, 3 mol/L HCl for constant-volume and the adding order of aqna regia-HF. The result matchs with the value of atomic emission.
