摘要
以端烯丙基聚醚及低氢聚硅氧烷两种大分子中间体为原料,以氯铂酸为催化剂,经硅氢化反应制备了非水解型(Si—C)聚氨酯硬泡匀泡剂。结果表明:当聚硅氧烷的含氢量(质量分数)为0.40%~0.45%,聚醚的约为1100,氯铂酸用量为(1.3~1.6)×10^(-5)g/g,温度(110±5)℃时合成匀泡剂性能良好,可应用到聚氨酯硬泡的生产中。
The non-hydrolyzable(Si—C)rigid polyurethane foam stabilizers were synthesized via hydrosilation of allyl-terminated polyethers and polyhydrosiloxanes using chloroplatinic acid as a cata- lyst.The factors affecting the properties of the foam stabilizers are discussed.The optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows:the hydrogen content of poly-hydrosiloxanes is about 0.40%- 0.45%.The molecular weight of allyl-terminated polyethers is about 1100,PO/EO(mass ratio)= 4:6;reaction temperature is(110±5)℃;w(catalyst dosage)=0.001 3%-0.001 6%.The pre- pared non-hydrolyzable foam stabilizers are used in the synthesis of rigid polyurethane foams.
