摘要
１９９６年４—６月，我们在资料检索、实地调查的基础上，对陕西西乡樱桃产业做了初步考察。结果表明，地处秦岭巴山之间的西乡县是全国少有的樱桃资源丰富、栽培历史悠久，面积大、集中成片的地区之一。国内已有记载的野生樱桃种类大部分均有分布，如中国樱桃、崖樱桃、毛樱桃等。栽培种以驯化了的中国樱桃当地种为主，习惯上按照果实颜色分为西乡红樱桃和西乡黄樱桃两个品系。红、黄樱桃又按果实形状果柄长短、酸甜比等差异各分为２个品种。目前栽培面积３４７５ｈｍ２，产量已达３０００ｔ，主要分布在县城周围的杨营、杨河、二郎、三郎等地。其中红樱桃品种（系）面积较大，约为２６６７ｈｍ２。开发的产品有罐头、浓缩汁、果茶、果酱、果酒、果脯多个品种。
A general survey was carried out on cherry production in Xixiang County of Shanxi Province from April to June 1996 Based on data retrieval and on the spot investigations.Results indicated that Xixiang lying between Qinling and Bashan mountains is one of the few regions in China abounds with rich cherry resources,has long cultivation history and extensive continuous farmlands.Most of the recorded species of wild cherry available in China are found here such as Prunus pseudocerasus,P.scopulorum and P.setulosa. The main plant species are local domestic P.pseudocerasus which are classified according to their colors habitually into two types,i.e.,the Xixiang Red Cherry and Xixiang Yellow Cherry.Both are subdivided into two varieties respectively according to fruit shapes and stem length and the proportions of sweet and scour.The present planted area covers 347 5hm 2 distributing in Yangyin,Yanghe,Erlang and Sanlang and the total yield is 3 000 tons.Of which Xixiang Red Cherry occupies an larger area,being about 266 7hm 2.The exploited cherry products include cherry cans,cherry wine and preserved cherry fruits.The processing capacity for canned fruits has reached 400 000.
