Study on the technological conditions and determination of COD in the treatment of wastewater from dye-stuff production by zero-valence iron internal electrolysis

摘要 目前,关于零价铁-内电解处理废水技术的研究相当广泛,因此系统地研究在这一工艺过程中如何避免和减小测定COD时由亚铁离子带来的测定偏差就显得至关重要。作者根据内电解处理染料废水实验条件的变化,探讨了内电解过程中的pH、水样放置时间对COD等指标测定的影响及机理,并且提出了采用内电解处理空白样的方法来避免或减小COD测定偏差。 Considerable attention has been paid to the study of high standard on the wastewater treatment by zero-valence iron internal electrolysis. Therefore, systematic studies on how to avoid and reduce the deviation from the determination of COD are crucial. In this work, the effects of pH and lay-time of internal electrolysis on COD are investigated, based on the changes of the experimental conditions for the treatment of wastewater from dye-stuff production and their mechanisms are discussed. Moreover, the method for avoiding or reducing the deviations of the determination values by using internal electrolysis for treating blank samples is proposed.
