IL-21/4-IgG4融合基因的真核表达

Construction and expression of eukaryotic expression vector containing IL-21/4-IgG4 fusion protein

摘要 利用新型细胞因子 IL-21的变异体 IL-21/4与 IgG4构成融合基因IL一21/4一IgG4.将构建好的融合基因载体 poptivec-IL-21/4-IgG4转染到中华仓鼠卵巢细胞中,成功并稳定表达了 IL-21/4-IgG4融合蛋白. IL-21/4 is the mutant of a new-found cell factor. It was bonded to IgG4 to form a fusion gene IL-21/4-IgG4 in the vector poptivec- IL-21/4-IgG4, which was then transfected into Chinese Hamster Ovary （CHO） cells. It was demonstrated that the fusion protein could be stably expressed in CHO cells.
