摘要
目的探讨正常人脑干听觉诱发电位（BAEP）V波反应阈与主观听阂之间的关系。方法对80例正常人进行BAEP及纯音听力测定。结果80例正常人V波反应阈高于主观听阈约10—20dB，其中青少年组和青年组约为10dB，中年组约为15dB，老年组约为20dB。结论BAEP的V波反应阈与纯音测听的主观听阈的差异和年龄具有很好的相关性，可作为判断受试者听阂的客观指标。
Objective To explore the correlation between V - wave response threshold of brainstem auditory evoked potential and subjective hearing threshold in normal human. Methods Eighty cases of normal BAEP and determination of pure tone audiometry were carried out. Results Eighty cases of normal V - wave response threshold were higher than the subjective hearing threshold of about 10 - 20 dB. With the youth -junior group and youth group of about 10 dB, middle - aged group of about 15 dB, the elder group of about 20 dB. Conclusions The difference between BAEP wave V response threshold and the subjective hearing threshold have a good correlation to age, which can be used as a objective target to evaluate hearing threshold.
