摘要
以芥菜型油菜(Brassica juncea)胞质雄性不育系欧新A为不育胞质供体,以菜用芥菜中笋子芥(B.juncea var.crassicaulis)、茎瘤芥(B.juncea var.tumida)和大头芥(B.juncea megarrhiza)为受体,通过杂交和连续回交育成了莱用芥菜三个变种的胞质雄性不育系。每世代全部植株的花器结构均具有典型的雄不育特征,表现为雄蕊增长、柱头突出蕾外。不育系蜜腺发育良好,大而浓绿,在蕾期和花期间存在明显的“突柱期”。初花期比保持系推迟3~7天,整个花期延长1~3天。其雌蕊育性正常,人工授粉后平均单荚结籽15.6粒,比保持系多1.2粒。不育系花粉败育,无生活力花粉94%以上,不育株率100%,不育性世代稳定。
Using the CMS-line European-Xingping A (Brassica juncea) as sterile cytoplasm donor and enlarged main stem mustard(B. juncea Var. crassicaulis), tumorous stem mustard (B.juncea Var. tumida ), enlarged root mustard (B. junceamegarrhiza) as its acceptors, the cytoplasmic male-sterile (CMS) lines of three mustard varieties were obtained by crossingand backcrossing. Every generation of them was male-sterile. The pistil of CMS-line was longer than its stamen and thestigma protruded from the bud. The nectar developed well and became larger and dark green. The initial stage of floweringwas delayed for 3~7 days and the florescence was prolonged for 1-3 days. The CMS plants possessed normal pistils withaverage 15. 6 seed per silqua after artificial pollination. The CMS lines of vegetable mustard manifested 100% sterility. Thepollen aborted and the rate of nonviable pollen was above 94 %. Their male-sterility was stable.
