摘要
针对服装裁剪机中步进电机的运动控制问题,基于LPC2138和L6207设计了步进电机细分控制系统,实现了对步进电机的高精度细分控制。实验结果表明,步进电机可以在细分控制系统的控制下稳定、准确的运行,满足了服装裁剪机的精度要求。
This paper addresses the motion control problem of stepper motors in cloth-cutting machines.A stepper motor subdivision system is designed based on LPC2138 and L6207,and the high precision subdivision control of stepper motors is achieved.The experimental results indicate that the stepper motor can run steadily and smoothly under the subdivision system,and the precision requirements of the cloth-cutting machine can be satisfied.
