摘要 圆锥指数CI(ConeIndex)可以综合反映土壤机械物理性质,它可用以表征土壤耕作层深度和土壤可行驶性,为越野车辆地面通过性提供判断依据。设计了一种基于超声波传感器和应力传感器的圆锥指数测量系统。通过超声波发生器得出探头插入深度,通过探头上的应力传感器测得土壤每一点深度时探头所受的应力,从而得出土壤的圆锥指数。系统还配备GPS接收系统,能记录每次测量的经纬度坐标,并根据经纬度地名对照表在记录中存储相应的地名。系统通过扩展存储容量使测试记录数可达到万条,并能通过串口把数据上传到计算机进行进一步处理。 Cone Index may reflect the nature of soil mechanical physics comprehensively,it can be used to characterize the farming layer depth and trafficability of soil,to provide trafficability judgment for SUV.This paper design a cone index measurement system based on ultrasonic sensors and stress sensors,can get the insertion depth of the probe through the ultrasonic sensor and by the help of the stress sensor on the probe,also get the value of the stress in that depth,then work out the CI.The system is also equipped with GPS system,it can record the latitude and longitude coordinates for every measurement and the geographical names can be stored in the record according to the latitude-longitude name table.The system can store thousands of records by expanding the storage capacity,It also can upload data to PC for further processing by serial port.
