测井方法在涩北气田出砂预测中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 柴达木盆地涩北气田出砂问题严重,如何找到合适的生产压差,使产量最大而出砂量最小,一直是困扰气田技术人员的一个难题。为此,利用测井方法求取地层孔隙压力、体积模量、单轴抗压强度、最小水平主应力方向等岩石力学参数,并将这些参数应用于出砂预测。以涩北气田涩4-3-2井为例,研究了该井主要的油气层段在不同气藏压力条件下的生产压差,进行了SMA敏感性分析。结果表明,在各种条件变化时,如射孔孔径、射孔相位、气藏压力的变化等,均会使生产压差发生改变。 Sand production is a serious problem in the Sebei gas field of Qaidam basin.How to select a suitable drawdown pressure to maximize gas output while minimizing sand production rate has long been a big challenge facing the development of this gas field.Various rock mechanics parameters,such as pore pressure,bulk modulus,uniaxial compressive strength,minimal horizontal major stress orientation,are determined by using log data and then are used to predict sand production.Taking the well Se-432 in the Sebei gas field as an example,we calculated the drawdown pressures of the major pay zones in this well at different reservoir pressures and performed SMA sensitivity analysis.The results show that the drawndown pressures change with the variation of various parameters such as perforation hole size,perforation orientation and reservoir pressure.
