Research on sand production prediction in screen out fracturing well

摘要 建立了脱砂压裂井井眼围岩压实带分析模型,利用塑性应变准则对压裂前、后油井出砂进行了有限元模拟,定量分析了压实带各参数对油井出砂临界生产压差的影响规律。研究表明:压实带的弹性模量及内聚力是影响井眼围岩应变的重要参数,弹性模量及内聚力的增加均可在一定程度上降低井眼围岩的等效塑性应变,提高油井临界生产压差;泊松比变化对围岩应变的影响可近似忽略不计;压实带内各参数的综合作用可显著改善井眼围岩的稳定性,明显提高油井出砂临界生产压差。 The analytical model of the compacted zone around the screen out fracturing well is founded. Finite element simulation for snad production in oil well before and after fracturing is researched according to plastic strain criterial and the influence rule of compacted zone on the critical production pressure drop is analyzed quantificationally. According to the research, the Young' s modulus and cohesion are important parameters which affect the surrounding rock strain around the wellbore greatly. The increase of the Young' s modulus and cohesion can reduce the plastic strain of the surrounding rock, and increase the critical production pressure drop. The influence of Poisson' s ratio on the surrounding rock strain around the wellbore can be ignored. The stability of the wellbore can be improved notably, and the production pressure drop can be increased obviously under the combined action of multi-parameters in compacted zone.
