摘要
质量是本科高等教育的生命线,是本科高等教育赖以生存和发展的基础,研究高等院校教育质量的管理是本科高等教育永恒的主题。通过借鉴企业界全面质量管理理论的思想和方法,将现代质量观念引入到高校教学管理当中,并运用全员、全过程和全方位的理念构建了教育质量管理的运行体系,从而达到推动高校教育质量不断提升、实现高校教学的全面质量管理的目的。
