摘要
《生物燃料可持续生产国际准则(草案)》的出台,预示着生物燃料利用的规范性进入新的阶段,生物燃料的开发利用将由分散的国家规范上升到统一的国际规范,由单一的技术规范拓展到综合的全过程评估,由关注产品的可获得性发展到关注环境的可持续发展。生物燃料的可持续发展应得到更加广泛的关注、重视和讨论。实现我国生物燃料的可持续发展,需要抓好生物原料选择、应用技术研发示范、生产质量管理、销售渠道设置、投融资渠道、环境保护6个环节。
Global Principles and Criteria for Sustainable Biofuels Production （ draft ） proposed the framework of definition and evaluation on sustainable biofuels production with an international influence, which will direct the development of biofuels＇ industry globally. The biofuels＇ production and utilization will develop from separate national regulations to united international principles, from special technical standards to the whole proceeding evaluation, from the acquirability of products to sustainabihty of environment. In this paper it is suggested that more attention should be paid to the sustainable biofuels development, such as the selection of raw materials, technicaldevelopment and application, quality control, distribution, investment and financing as well as environmental protection.
