摘要
本文主要介绍了医疗数据中心的功能,并指出了建立医疗数据中心的条件,以期通过医疗信息化的手段来整体提高各类医疗机构的诊疗水平,方便患者,为医疗改革提供一个新的思路和方法。
This paper introduces the functions of medical data center, and proposes the condition of establishing the medical data center, with a view to advance the overall improvement of the diagnosis and treatment of various levels of medical institutions for patients by the adoption of health information technology, and provide a new way and method for the reform of the health care.
