摘要
我国是世界最大的小麦生产国,但国产小麦品质的总体水平,落后于发达国家和市场需求。综述了本世纪国际上对小麦品质的研究成果,介绍了面向新世纪的优质小麦品种研究和开发的进展,供我国广大的小麦育种、种植业、面粉工业和食品工业的科技人员参考,以期推动我国优质小麦的研究与开发工作。
China is one of the largest wheat producers in the world, nevertheless not a good quality wheat producer. The average quality level for wheat produced in China is quite behind the international standard of developed countries, and hardly to meet the marketing requirement. The presentations of international research results were given and the situation of scientific research and development of new varieties of wheat in the major wheat producing countries were introduced to be as the references for Chinese wheat breeders, growers, flour millers, bakers, cereal chemists and other scientists in this field, in order to push forward the work of better quality wheat varieties’development in China.
