摘要
通过查阅近五年来的文献,对被称为第三代主体超分子化合物的杯芳烃及其衍生物在生命科学领域中的研究进展进行了综述。主要阐述了杯芳烃对生物分子的识别作用、生物分子在杯芳烃化合物功能修饰中的应用及杯芳烃与生物分子相互作用的应用研究,同时还对杯芳烃及其衍生物在生命科学领域中的应用前景进行了展望。
In this article, the application of calixarene and its derivatives in life science is introduced. In particular, the application of calixarene on biological molecule recognition, the application and development of biological molecules on calixarene compounds function modification and prospects of calixarene and its derivatives in life science.
