摘要
以对硝基苯酚为原料,合成了2-[(N-乙基氨基)甲基]-4-硝基苯酚,并把它作为定时基团与一个成色剂母体经过6步反应制备了一个中间体,该中间体分别与S,S′-羰基-二-1-乙基-5-巯基四氮唑和S,S′-羰基-二-1-苯基-5-巯基四氮唑反应合成了两个DIAR成色剂。并通过核磁、红外和质谱对它们的结构进行了表征。
2-[(N-ethylamino)methyl]-4-nitrophenol, as timing group, was synthesized from p-nitrophenol. An intermediate was prepared from 2-[(N-ethylamino)methyl]-4-nitrophenol and the coupler group through six steps. Reaction of S, S'-carbonyldi-l-enthyl-5-mercaptotetrazole and S,S'-carbonyldi-1-phenyl-5-mercaptotetrazole with the intermediate yield two DIAR (development inhibitor archimeric releasing) couplers. Their structures were characterized by 1-NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance), IR (infrared spectrum) and MS (mass spectrum).
