摘要
本文研究了液膜法处理高浓含酚废水的工艺条件,考查了不同因素对除酚的影响.实验结果表明:对含酚10000~47000mg/L的工业废水,经2~3级液膜处理,出口水中酚浓度即可降至0.5mg/L以下,除酚率大于99.99%,内相富集酚达270g/L以上,可回收酚.
The technological conditions for the treatment of wastewater containing high concentration of phenol by liquid membrane process were determined and the effects of different factors on the phenol removal rate investigated. The experimental results show that the surfactant LMS_3 and high voltage electrostatic coalescer EC_2 are of high performance; with the adoption of these two products, through 2_ or 3_stage liquid membrane processes, the concentration of phenol in the effluent can be reduced to less than 0.5 mg/L from its initial concentration of 10 000 to 47 000 mg/L, the phenol removal rate is more than 99.99% and the concentrated phenol in internal aqueous phase is more than 270 g/L.
