摘要
目的:收集不同产地哈蟆油样品,比较各样品的营养成分。方法:采用化学及仪器分析的方法测定不同产地哈蟆油样品的营养成分,从营养成分角度出发,评价哈蟆油的营养保健价值。结果:哈蟆油含有丰富的营养成分,具有较高的营养保健价值。结论:不同产地哈蟆油所含的营养成分具有一定的相似性。
Objective： Collect the samples of Oviductus Ranae from different habitat, compare the nutritive components of Oviductus Ranae from different habitat. Methods ： Mensurate the nutritive components in chemistry and instrumental analysis methods, evaluate the nutrition and health-keeping value from the nutritive components. Results ： The Oviductus Ranae has abundant of nu- tritive component,The nutrition and health-keeping value of Oviductus Ranae is very higher. Conclusion：It was similar to the nutritive components in Oviductus Ranae from different habitat.
