摘要
应用定量与定性分析方法,对国家人口计生委与日本国际协力机构合作开展的"中西部项目"从服务机构和服务人员的能力提高、家庭保健服务的运作模式建立、群众对家庭保健知识的掌握和健康行为的形成、服务对象对家庭保健服务的评价等方面进行了效果分析,总结了家庭保健服务的成功经验,对人口计生服务系统进一步发掘自身潜力、拓展家庭保健服务提出了建议。
By using quantitative and qualitative analysis this paper analyses the effect of family care services im- plemented by The Central-West China Project, which has been jointly promoted by National Population and Fam- ily Planning Commission of China （NPFPC） and Japan International Cooperation Agency （JICA）. The analyses involve the capability improvement of service agencies and providers, the building of family health care service, the mass＇ command of family care knowledge and formation of health behavior, the evaluation of the service re- ceivers and other aspects concerned. Valuable lessons in the experiences of family health care service are also summed up, together with suggestions on giving better play of self potential and expanding the services as well.
