摘要
以扬稻6号与南粳43为试验材料,在人工气候箱对2个水稻品种进行高温处理,研究始穗期高温胁迫对水稻剑叶理化特性的影响。结果表明:高温胁迫下,水稻剑叶叶绿素含量、游离脯氨酸(proline,Pro)、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性、抗坏血酸(ascorbic acid,ASA)与还原型谷胱甘肽(glu-tathione,GSH)含量明显降低,丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量和细胞膜透性显著增加。与南粳43相比,扬稻6号在高温胁迫下仍能保持较高叶绿素含量、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、SOD活性、ASA与GSH含量以及较低的MDA含量和电解质外渗率,能保持细胞膜结构及功能的相对稳定性,减轻对功能叶的伤害,因此扬稻6号的耐热性高于南粳43。
The effects of physiological characteristics on flag leaves on high temperature stress are studied in initial heading stage use rice variety Yangdao 6 and Nanjing 43. The results show that chlorophyll content, flee proline (Pro), soluble sugar, soluble protein, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, ascorbic acid (ASA) and glutathione (GSH) content are lower significantly by high temperature stress. The malondialdehyde (MDA)content and electrolyte leakage are higher significantly by high temperature stress. Compared with Nanjing 43, Yangdao 6 have higher chlorophyll content, free Pro, soluble sugar, soluble protein, SOD' activity, ASA and GSH content, lower MDA content and electrolyte leakage, keeps the stabilization of cell membrane structure and function, alleviates the damage to function leaf. So Yangdao 6 have high temperature tolerance than Nanjing43.
