硫酸渣配加磁铁矿制备氧化球团试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 对硫酸渣配加33%的磁铁矿进行了球团试验研究,研究表明:无预处理时所得生球质量极差,润磨是改善生球质量的有效手段,在添加1.0%膨润土,润磨时间4min,润磨水分10%,造球时间10min的条件下可得到满足生产要求的生球;该生球在链篦机-回转窑模拟试验中,预热温度900℃、时间6min,焙烧温度1220℃、时间10min的条件下,可得物理强度及化学组成均满足高炉要求的球团矿,且其脱硫率高,冶金性能良好。结果证明:硫酸渣配加一定磁铁矿能生产出优质的球团矿供高炉使用。 Pelletizing of 67% pyrite cinder with 33% magnetite concentrate was experimentally studied. The property of green halls is very bed without grinding, and grinding is the effective means to improve the properties of green balls. In the presence of 1.0% bentonite, and grinding 4 min and 10% grinding moisture, and after a balling duration of 10 rain, the green halls can meet the production requirement. In grate-rotary kiln's tests, after preheated at 900℃ for 6 min and fired at 1 220℃ for 10 min, the pellets can take good physical strength and good chemical composition. Moreover, the volatile rate of sulfur is very high, and the metallurgical performance of pellets is very good. It was proved that using pyrite cinder with magnetite concentrate, high quality oxidized pellet can be produced as a blast furnace feed.
