摘要
以大冶硫酸渣为原料,配加大冶铁矿自产膨润土,通过实验室内造球和静态焙烧试验,确定硫酸渣造球的可行性。试验结果表明,硫酸渣球团在1250~1300℃的焙烧温度下,可达到厂家要求。
The feasibility of pellet formation using the sulphuric acid slag as raw material is affirmed through experiments of palletizing and static baking in the laboratory, in which the sulphuric acid slag from Daye Iron Ore Mining is used as the raw material with addition of some expanded moisturedaden clay. Experiment results show that the process requirements of the Pelletizing Plant can be met only if when the sulphuric acid slag pellet is baked under the baking temperature of 1250-1300℃.
