摘要
葡萄新品种‘北玫’由‘玫瑰香’与‘山葡萄’杂交育成。浆果在北京地区9月下旬成熟。果粒圆或近圆形,紫黑色。平均果穗质量160g,果粒质量2.6g。可溶性固形物含量20.4%~25.4%,可滴定酸含量0.87%~1.17%,出汁率77.7%。抗寒和抗病能力强。酿制的葡萄酒宝石红色,入口柔和,酒体平衡,具有悦人的玫瑰香味。
‘Beimei’ is derived from ‘Muscat Hamburg’ (Vitis vinifera) and V. arnurensis. Berries mature during the last 10 days of September in Beijing. The fruit cluster is conical and medium-dense, weighing 160 g on average. The average weight of a single berry is 2. 6 g. The berry is elliptic and purple-black. The flesh is soft and acid-sweet juicy with 20. 4% - 25.4% soluble solids content, 0. 87% - 1.17% titrable acid content and production of juice 77.7%. It has high resistance to cold, disease. The red wine produced is bijou red, sour and sweet palatable, and has gentle and balanced taste. The aroma is like rose flower.
