摘要
东北野生山葡萄与优良品种有性杂交,F1不能打破抗寒力强与质量差的基因连锁。F2时用F1作母本杂交,亦不能出现好的后代。选用F1作父本,优良品种做母本杂交,减弱基因连锁。F3时用优良品种作父本,选择F2中优良杂交种做母本,能够选育出优良的抗寒新品种。
In the sexual crossbreed of Vitis amurensis Rupr. and better breeds, the good cold-resistance always existed together with the bad qualities. In F1, this linkage couldn't be broken. And the F2 generation with F1 as the female parent wasn't good as well. The gene linkage was broken or weakened, while at the same time the inherited transmission of worse economic characters was crippled, when F1 was used as the male parents and the better breeds were used as the female parents. Therefore, we could breed the better parents or the breeds with better cold-resistant economic characters. In F3 generation, the better breeds were selected as the male parents, whereas the better crossed-breeds in F2 generation were chosen as the female parents. Then new cold-resistant breeds were bred.
