3种方法修复楔形缺损后牙颈部硬组织的应力分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究玻璃离子水门汀、复合树脂、夹层技术3种不同充填方法修复楔形缺损后,牙颈部硬组织的应力分布。方法:建立下颌第一前磨牙颊舌向剖面模示图,选择以上3种方法模拟充填缺损区,采用二维有限元应力分析法,对牙颈部进行应力分析。结果:玻璃离子水门汀、复合树脂、夹层技术修复楔形缺损后,牙颈部硬组织深部最大主应力分别为51.2、38.5、34.8 MPa。结论:以上3种修复楔形缺损方法中,夹层技术效果较好。 AIM: To investigate the stresses at the tooth cervix with simulating restoration of three different techniques. METHODS : A two dimensional finite element model of a longitudinal section of a mandibular premolar with defect was established. The model was simulatedly restored by composite resin, glass ionomer cement or sandwich tech- niques respectively, and the stress variation in the cervical region was studied . RESULTS: In the restored models, the maximum stresses of glass ionomer cement, comsite resin and sandwich technique restorations were 51.2MPa, 38.5MPa and 34.8MPa. CONCLUSION: The restored effect of the sandwich technigue is the best among the three techniques.
