摘要
结合某客运专线试验段CFG桩加固处理工程,对比分析了CFG桩成桩方法,得出采用长螺旋钻机成桩方法进行试桩工艺试验,并采用不同的混合料灌注方法进行施工,试验结果表明,长螺旋钻机成孔及芯管泵送混合料灌注的施工方法成桩速度快、成桩质量稳定,适合本试验段施工。
Combining CFG pile enforcing handling project in testing stage of a passenger transport line, the paper compares and analyzes forming method of CFG pile, it reaches the conclusion that using long spiral drilling machine to make pile test experiment, and construction with different mixture drilling methods. The results show that forming hole by using long spiral drilling machine and filling by mixture send by fuse pipe pump could form pile rapidly, and quality of the pile is stable, thus this method could be used in this construction stage.
