摘要
分析了我国目前工程监理的现状及工程监理企业面临的问题,提出了监理企业应从提高行业取费、向项目管理的方向发展、加强资质管理、加强监理企业人才的培养等方面来发展的建议,从而促进我国工程监理企业的改革与发展。
The author analyzes the current situation of the project supervision in China and the problems facing in the project supervision enterprise, and provides suggestions of development from aspects that the supervision enterprise should improve the industry charge, enhance qualification management and strengthen the cultivation of the supervision enterprise talents, thus promoting the reformation and development of the project supervision enterprise in China.
