摘要
结合目前我国工程监理企业的发展现状,从管理、人力资源和取费方面分析了工程监理企业存在的问题,并提出了工程监理企业发展的建议,指出工程监理企业只有解决了自身存在的不足,才能全面提高企业的竞争力。
Combining with present developing actuality of project supervising enterprise in China, analyzes the problem in project supervising enterprise from management, human resources and taking expense, and puts forward developing advices of project supervising enterprise, indicates that project supervising enterprise will not enhance its competition until solved its deficiency.
