摘要
通过分析目前高校后勤企业人力资源及管理的现状,提出了高校后勤人力资源管理与开发的对策,指出人力资源是企业发展的关键因素,同样也是高校后勤企业健康、稳定、可持续发展的关键因素。
Through analyzing present status of logistic enterprise's human rescurce management in universities and colleges, the countermeasures of developing logistic human resource management in universities and colleges were prooised. It pointed out that the human resource was critical factor of enterprise development, also was critical factor of healthy, stable and sustainable development of universities and colleges logistie enterprise.
