Synthesis of alkyl polyglucosides using tungstophosphoric acid catalyst supported on activated carbon

摘要 用活性炭负载磷钨酸为催化剂,用二步法合成了十二烷基多苷(APG)。丁苷化反应的最优工艺条件是:磷钨酸负载量20%,用量为葡萄糖的5%,n(葡萄糖)∶n(丁醇)为5∶1,温度120℃,反应时间2 h。催化剂可以重复使用。在n(十二醇)∶n(葡萄糖)为2.5∶1时,可以用水萃取分离APG,得到的产品色浅且稳定。APG在水溶液中的临界胶束浓度为65.5 mg/L,表面张力为25.2 mN/m,泡沫力为160 mm,5 min后泡沫高度为158 mm。 Alkyl polyglucoside was synthesized by using tungstophosphoric acid (TPA) catalysts supported on activated carbon with two steps method. The optimal process condition of the butylglycosidation reaction are as follows: the optimal TPA loading is 20% ,the optimal catalysts use level is 5% ,the best mol proportion of butyl alcohol and glucose is 5 : 1 ,the temperature is 120 ℃ and the optimal reaction time is 2 h. The catalyst can be reused. APG can be separated with extraction when the proportion of dodecanol and glucose is 2.5 : 1. The product is a light color and stable. The APG product has a cmc value of 65.5 mg/L and the corresponding surface tension is 25.2 mN/m. The foam height of APG is 160 mm, and 158 mm after 5 min.
