摘要
基于H2S的光谱吸收特性,设计了一种检测H2S浓度的光纤传感系统,利用双波长单光路的差分检测方法,选用发光二极管(LED)作为系统光源,设计了滤波片盘,通过步进电机驱动实现了差分吸收检测。同时,分析了气室和耦合,设计了数据处理系统对检测系统做出实时控制。
Hydrogen sulfide is a poisonous gas harmful to people, a fast and real-time measuring hydrogen sulfide is very important for people' s health. Based on the principles of Hydrogen sulfide molecules absorption spectra, an optical fiber gas sensor was designed. Double-wavelength-single-path differential absorption detecting method was adopted, a kind of light-emitting diode (LED) was chosen to use in the system design, and a structure of filter disk was designed, which was driven by stepping motor, to achieve differential absorption detection. It analyzed the gas cell and coupling, and designed a real-time control system for dealing with data.
