摘要
我国旅游业对人才需求日趋增长,但酒店管理本科学生却普遍存在行业就业意愿不强、职业认同感不高等现象,供需错位凸显。要解决这种矛盾,酒店管理本科教育应在课程设置中分模块教学,增强学生的职业针对性;教学过程中应注重培养管理思维能力和职业认同感,创建多样化的实践教学模式;课程设置和教学内容应与行业发展接轨,使专业教育处于行业发展最前沿。
On the contrary to the rapid development and growing demand in China's tourism industry, the undergradu- ate students of hotel management generally have the strong mind of lowly employment and professional identity. The situa- tion between supply and demand is dislocating. To solve this dislocation, the higher education of hotel management should carry out modular teaching in curriculum in order to develop the vocational target of students, and focus on upgrading the thinking ability and professional identity of students, create a variety of practical teaching in order to improve the competi- tiveness of students, and reform the existing teaching curriculum and content in order to being the same standard of the tourism industry.
