摘要
目的:调查脑瘫患儿父母健康促进生活方式的状况,分析可能对其产生影响的因素。方法:主要以到深圳市第二人民医院高压氧科和预防保健科接受治疗的脑瘫患儿的父母85例为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、健康促进生活方式量表、健康行为自我效能量表、健康概念量表及自觉健康状态量表进行问卷调查,并通过单因素方差分析及多元线性逐步回归分析影响脑瘫患儿父母健康促进生活方式的主要因素。结果:4个量表得分分别为59.65±17.78、3.36±19.51、117.21±17.92、6.29±0.99;脑瘫患儿父母健康促进生活方式的水平比较差异无统计学意义(F=0.142,P=0.707)。单因素分析结果显示:饮食状况、居住情况、健康促进课程和生产过程4个变量有统计学意义;多元逐步回归分析结果显示:饮食状况、居住情况、健康促进课程、生产过程、健康行为自我效能和健康概念等6项是影响脑瘫患儿父母健康促进生活方式的最主要因素。结论:模型总体有统计学意义,多方面因素影响着脑瘫患儿父母的健康促进生活方式。这为进一步研究和探讨健康生活方式的干预模式以及了解脑瘫患儿父母的健康状况提供借鉴。
Objective： To investigate the status of health - promoting lifestyle in parents of children with cerebral palsy, and analyze possible influencing factors. Methods： Several questionnaire surveys, including in a general questionnaire, health - promoting way of life scale, health behavior ,self- efficacy scale, the concept of health ,scale and the perceived health status ,scale were conducted in parents of children with cerebral palsy who had received treatment in the Second People＇ s Hospital in Shenzhen and major influencing factors of health promoting lifestyle were analyzed through multiple linear stepwise regression analysis. Results： Four scale scores were 59.65 ± 17.78, 3.36 ± 19.51, 117.21 ± 17.92, 6.29 ± 0.99, respectively. There was no statistical difference in the level of health - promoting lifestyle in the parents of children with cerebral palsy （F = 0. 142, P = 0. 707）. The results of single factor analysis showed that there was statistical significance in four variables of diet, living conditions, health promotion curriculum, and the production process. The results of multielement stepwise regression analysis showed that the major influencing factors on health- promoting lifestyle in parents of children with cerebral palsy were diet, living conditions, health promotion curriculum, the production process, and consciously health behavior self - efficacy scale and health assessment. Conclusion： The model has an overall statistical significance. In many ways, health - promoting lifestyle in parents of children with cerebral palsy is influenced. All of these can provid documentation for further studying and exploring the healthy lifestyle intervention in children with cerebral palsy model and know the health status of their parents.
