摘要
为观察内镜乳头括约肌切开（ＥＳＴ）治疗十二指肠乳头良性狭窄的临床疗效，对６０例乳头良性狭窄病人进行了ＥＳＴ治疗，３０例施行改良ＥＳＴ，另３０例行常规ＥＳＴ。观察两组病人术后并发症、临床症状改善情况。改良组术后并发症发生率６７％，常规组３３％（Ｐ＞００５）。改良组乳头再狭窄临床症状复发者占６７％，而常规组复发者占３０％（Ｐ＜００５）。结果表明：改良ＥＳＴ治疗乳头良性狭窄的疗效优于常规ＥＳＴ。
n order to investigate the clinical effects of endoscopic shpincterotomy(EST) on treatment of choledochoodditis,60 cases with choledochoodditis were treated using EST. 30 cases were treated by improved EST and the other 30 by conventional EST for control.All cases with EST were followed up for two years on the short term complication and clinical symptom.The result shows:In improved group the short term complication with EST was 6.7%,and the clinical recurrence rate was 6.7%; In control group,the complication was 3.3%(P>005) and the clinical recurrence rate was 30%(P<005).The conclusion is that improved EST is superior to conventional EST for treating choledochoodditis.
