摘要
对1990年1月～1996年12月间ERCP检查中发现的胆胰管合流异常14例,进行了胆胰管汇合部的结构分析,并探讨了胆胰管合流异常与胆胰疾病的相互关系。胆胰管合流部共同长度为18.2±2.5mm,合流角为83.7±6.9°,结果表明:胆胰管共同长度过长造成的胆胰液返流与胆胰合流部共同长度和汇合角成正相关系,并成为胆胰疾病的直接致病因素。
Fourteen cases with anomalous junction of pancreatieobiliary duct (AJPBD) were studied. The relationship between pancreatieobiliary junction and pancreatieobiliary disease was analysed. In these patients, the common length of pancreatieobiliary duct was 18. 2 ?2. 5mm. The reflex angle of pancreaficobiliary was 83.7±6. 9. The results indicated that the reflux of pancreatieobiliary juice had a positive correlation with the common length and the reflex angle of pancreatieobiliary duct.
