摘要
高校辅导员队伍是大学生思想政治教育工作的主力军,是维护学校和社会稳定发展的重要力量。辅导员队伍的质量,关系到本科教育阶段学生的两次关键的角色转变,因此成为影响本科教育质量的重要因素。但现阶段辅导员队伍存在种种问题。本文通过对高校辅导员队伍现状的分析,对如何提高他们的综合素质,激发他们的工作积极性、主动性、创造性及如何保持辅导员队伍的相对稳定性等提出了自己的看法和见解。
College counselor team is the work of the ideological and political education of the main force, is to safeguard social stability and development of schools and an important force. Counselor ranks the quality of undergraduate education to the students the role of two key changes, the impact of undergraduate education has therefore become an important factor in quality. However, there are all kinds of teams at this stage the issue of counselor. In this paper, the status quo of the college counselors analysis team, on how to improve their overall quality, to stimulate their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity and how to maintain the relative stability of counselors and other team put forward their views and insights.
