摘要
大学生自我教育是思想政治教育有效的教育方式,也是思想政治教育的内在要求和归宿,而辅导员是高等学校从事德育工作,开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。因此积极研究高校辅导员在大学生自我教育过程中角色的践行对于提高高校大学生思想政治教育工作的实效性具有重要的意义。
Self-education of undergraduate is not only an effective mean but also inner requirement and end-result of ideological and political education. The counselors are engaged in moral education of high school. They are backbones who are developing ideological and political education. Meanwhile, they are mentor and leader that undergraduate growing healthy. Therefore, researching counselor＇s role positive in the process of self-education of undergraduate plays an important meaning in promoting substantial results of undergraduate ideological and political education work of high school.
