摘要
总结改革开放30年学校体育教师建设与发展的成就与经验,是我们继往开来的重要基础。正视存在的问题和不足,是激发我们改革创新的动力。通过对我国体育师资队伍的建设历程和实践探索的盘点回顾,研究总结了30年来我国体育教师队伍建设与发展的主要成绩,并提出几个值得深入研究和思考的基本问题,以在新的历史起点上,全面推进我国体育师资队伍的专业化。
It is an important foundation for our future to sum up the achievement and experiences in the construction and development of the team of school P. E. teachers in the 30 years of reform and opening-up. The power of innovation and reform can be invoked if we are able to face up the existing problems and deficiencies. Through recalling the construction process of the team of P. E. teachers and the practical exploration in China, the authors of this study summarized the major achievements in the construction and development of the team of P. E. teachers in the past 30 years and proposed a few basic issues which are worthy of further research and thinking in order to promote the professionalized construction of the team of P. E. teachers in China at the new historical starting point.
