摘要 通过文献资料法、理性分析法,对行动研究含义和体育课行动研究的基本程序进行介绍,使广大体育教师理解这种研究,并在自己的教学实践中运用这种研究方式,从而切实提高自身的教学意识、教学能力和研究水平。根据国内外行动研究专家的研究成果和体育学科自身特点,提出了一套适合在体育师资教育中开展的研究程序,包括准备、选题与设计、实施、评价与报告、再实践五个阶段。 By introducing the meaning of action research and the basic procedures of action research in PE classes, the research aims to make the PE teachers better understand it and apply the methods in their practical teaching to improve their own teaching consciousness, teaching ability and scientific research ability. Methods: documentary materials and rational analysis. Results: a set of research procedure, including five stages: preparation, topic selection and designing, carrying out, evaluation and report, practice again are proposed. It is suitable for training PE teachers and was raised according to the scientific results made by the experts of action research and the characteristics of the PE course.
