摘要
介绍重庆市实施建筑能效测评标识制度取得的成效,分析总结实施过程中存在的主要问题,并对在全国建立建筑能效测评标识制度以及进一步提高建筑节能的实施质量提出建议。
This paper introduces the achievements of the Chongqing building energy efficiency evaluating and labeling system,analyzes and summarizes the main problems of current building energy efficiency,and then puts forward some suggestions on executing the national evaluation of building energy efficiency labeling system and improving the implementation quality of building energy-saving.
