摘要
医院营运绩效受多因素影响,运用密切值法,选择人均业务收入、每百元固定资产业务收入、人均门(急)诊工作量、人均实际占用床日、每百元业务收入的业务支出、药品比例等指标,对九家综合医院营运绩效进行综合评价,探讨医院营运绩效评价的方法,为医院管理提供决策依据。
Abstract Hospital operational performance is under the influence of many factors. Indexes such as business income per capita, fixed assets business income per 100 yuan, outpatient （emergency case） amount of work per capita, actual bed occupancy per capita, business income/expense per 100 yuan, drug proportion, etc., are selected by application of osculation value method for a comprehensive evaluation over operational performance of 9 general hospitals, discussing methods of evaluation over hospital operational performance, which provides the hospital with management decision-making evidence.
