摘要 随着大型锂离子电池组的逐步应用,电池组模块化设计成为了热点,而模块化的BMS(电池管理系统——Battery Management System)的性能测试目前还没有成熟的设备可用。为了检测电池组模块BMS的性能,设计了一种基于LabWindows/CVI技术的BMS测试系统,采用RS-232接口,由上位机模拟总体控制系统对模块BMS进行控制操作,并对模块BMS上报的数据进行分析,指示电池组的工作状态和故障预警信息。此测试系统可辅助锂离子电池组模块的开发,具有一定的实用价值。 With the stepwise application of the large-scale lithium-ion batteries, the modularization design of batteries becomes fashionable. However, the mature test system for BMS of the modularization batteries is not developed. In order to test the BMS of the batteries module, a test system is designed based on LabWindows/CVI. The RS-232 communication is adopted in the system, and the PC is used instead of the general control system which controls the BMS of modularization batteries and receives its data. Moreover, the PC deals with the parameters of the batteries and displays the failure by the window. The test system can be used to accelerate the development of modularization of the lithium-ion batteries, and has a better practical value.
