基于LabVIEW实现连续高速的数字信号输出的设计

摘要 本文介绍了一种基于LabVIEW,利用计算机及板卡实现热敏打印头(TPH)相关测试设备的高速数字信号输出(DO)的设计。讲述了TPH的工作原理及打印测试系统的硬件组成和高速DO的软件设计思路,提出了实现的难点及解决的方法。本方案中通过引入双缓冲(Double buffer)及动态链接库(DLL)的方法解决了数据量大、高速打印、动态改变打印数据的问题。硬件部分采用计算机、高速DO板卡及外围驱动电路实现,软件部分采用LabVIEW及C++结合实现。该方法被在实际工作中长期使用证明稳定、可靠。 This article introduces the design of high speed digital signal output of TPH(Thermal Prim Head) testing device. The design is based on the LabVIEW, using computer and DO Board (Data Output board) to realize it. The article illustrates the working theory of thermal printer head, the hardware configuration of print testing system and the software designing idea of high speed data output. The article also points out the difficulty in carrying out the design idea, and the coumermeasure for dealing with it. The project solved a problem of a great deal of data, high speed print and dynamic data in use of Double buffer and DLL to achieve to it, Hardware include computer, high speed DO board and an external driver circuit; Software parts combined the LabVIEW and C++ program . This method has been proved to be stable and reliable during long-term working.
